Birgitte Feldborg –
Operations & Digital Development Partner
Birgitte Feldborg is responsible for the firm’s internal operations, systems development and digital infrastructure, while also advising clients who need stronger administrative structures, more efficient workflows and practical digital solutions that work in everyday business life.
Her work includes helping businesses create clarity in administration and case management, streamline workflows through platforms such as Notion, Make and AI-based tools, and implement digital routines that save time, reduce manual errors and support better internal control.
With many years of experience as a business developer and adviser to solo entrepreneurs and smaller companies, Birgitte combines structure, strategy and technology in a way that helps clients not only resolve legal matters, but also build a stronger and more sustainable operational foundation.

Vitus is based in the historic seminary building in Gedved
There are places where history is still present in the walls.
The old seminary in Gedved is one of them – a building that for more than 150 years has been associated with learning, reflection and professional depth.
Founded in 1862, the seminary educated generations of teachers who went on to shape schools across Denmark. It became known not only for its strong academic tradition, but also for its human warmth and deep roots in the local community.
Today, the building has been transformed into Gedved Culture and Community House – a modern meeting place where culture, business and civic engagement exist side by side.
It is here that Vitus Law Firm has chosen to establish its office.
For us, the setting is meaningful. We work every day with professionalism, thorough preparation and results – values that also characterised the seminary throughout its long history.
Running a modern law firm in a building where knowledge, insight and responsibility have been central for generations feels both natural and inspiring.
Today, we share the house with smaller businesses, creative entrepreneurs and local associations. The combination of history and present-day activity, of professionalism and community, contributes to an environment that is both grounded and full of life.
